Jay Littleton Ballpark

  In Ontario California there is an amazing oasis in the form of a baseball stadium from the 1930's. Jay Littleton Ballpark is an absolute blast into the past. The field sits right in the middle of the city, and as a matter of fact, that part of the city is built around this field. Due to the old time charm of this park, Hollywood took notice and scenes in films like "A League of Their Own" and the Babe Ruth movie starring John Goodman were filmed there. Negro League Baseball even made stops here. The day I ventured over there the park happened to be closed, but I managed to snap some pictures from around the facilities.
